Andrew Harris is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience including individual, group and family therapy, intensive in-home services, and assessment and diagnostic services.  Andrew also has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, having worked in inpatient, residential, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs treating this population. Andrew joined the HopeWay team in 2017 as a Primary Therapist. In this role, he has managed a caseload of individual clients, facilitated therapeutic groups across a range of topics and led a community support group for men. As the Clinical Director for HopeWay’s Center for Eating Disorders, he is responsible for program development, leading and supervising the clinical team and delivering quality care.

Andrew’s extensive knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eating Disorder treatment provides the foundation for him to be an effective and meaningful leader and clinician, helping clients achieve their goals to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, reading and watching any kind of sporting event.
