Young Adult Eating Disorder Partial Hospitalization Program

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a structured schedule in a safe and therapeutic environment where clients of all genders, ages 18-25, who are struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating patterns gain knowledge and skills for recovery, and also have a chance to practice what they learn under the guidance and support of an empathetic team.

Our Full-Day Treatment Program

Our full-day treatment program provides evidence-based therapy and education to help people who are struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors learn the skills to effectively manage their diagnosis.

Our holistic approach includes individual sessions with a psychiatrist, therapist and dietician, group therapy and therapeutic meals and snacks. Integrative therapies like art, music and yoga are built into the schedule to allow clients an opportunity to express themselves outside of talk therapy and reconnect with their bodies in a healthy way. Family involvement is strongly encouraged with our young adult population.
