Untangling the Anxious Brain: Understanding America's most common mental illness

Mental health struggles have risen significantly over the past couple of years, especially anxiety disorders. Even if you are not diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, most people have experienced anxiety in some capacity.

During this presentation, mental health experts will discuss the impact anxiety has on the brain through various life stages, the spectrum of anxiety and ways to manage and support one another.
