Meet the Panel:

Moderator: The Reverend Connor Gwin, Director of the Center for Wellbeing and Care and Associate Rector at Christ Church Charlotte
The Rev. Connor Gwin serves as Director of the Center for Wellbeing and Care and Associate Rector at Christ Church Charlotte, where he integrates spiritual formation and practical tools for whole-person wellbeing. He is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) and brings specialized training in contemplative leadership and group facilitation. Connor’s work equips teens and families with grounded, evidence-informed practices that foster resilience and emotional health.
Panelist: Dr. Coley Taren Coley, MD, Psychiatrist - Director of Child & Adolescent Services at HopeWay
Dr. Coley is a double board-certified psychiatrist and Director of Child & Adolescent Services at HopeWay where she oversees our Teen Mental Health Day Treatment Program. She specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD, combining comprehensive psychiatric assessment with individualized, family-centered treatment planning. Recognized as a Top Doctor by Charlotte Magazine, Dr. Coley is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care for children and adolescents.

Panelist: Andrew Harris, LCMHC, Clinical Director, HopeWay’s Center for Eating Disorders
Andrew Harris is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Director of HopeWay’s Center for Eating Disorders, with more than 20 years of experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. A specialist in CBT, DBT, and eating disorder treatment, he leads program development while supervising clinical teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Andrew is passionate about helping teens and families build the skills necessary for long-term healing and recovery.
Panelist: Bobbie Mabe, MA, Integrative Clinical Manager at HopeWay
Bobbie Mabe is HopeWay’s Integrative Clinical Manager and a Horticultural Therapist who designs experiential, nature-based programming across all levels of care. With a background in psychology and counseling, she integrates evidence-informed therapies that promote resilience and connection. Bobbie’s holistic approach helps teens and young adults engage in meaningful healing beyond traditional talk therapy.
