Minding Your Mental Health Challenge - MHA Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is a month dedicated to increasing awareness and education about mental health, the realities of living with a mental illness, and strategies to live mentally well. Throughout the month of May, we encourage you to spend more time and attention focusing on your own mental wellness by joining HopeWay's "Minding Your Mental Health Challenge." The calendar includes a daily activity to support your mental health. These are all small things that can have a BIG impact. So as we start the month of May, invite your family and friends, and join us to prioritize mental health for the next thirty-one days (and hopefully beyond)!
