Casha Whitaker

Casha joined HopeWay in 2019, after working in long-term care as the Medicaid Resource and Business Office Director. She has over 10 years of experience helping clients and Veterans understand their benefits and apply for additional resources. While at HopeWay, Casha has helped numerous families navigate the insurance authorization process, including accessing benefits through the VA.  She serves as the main point of contact for the VA while Veterans are in treatment and advocates for clients by providing necessary documentation and updates.

Casha received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Health Care Management from Winthrop University. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family, traveling and spending sunny days on the lake.
