Morgan Liles, MSW

Morgan Liles is a dedicated mental health professional with over 11 years of experience in clinical services, program development, strategic communications, and community education. She currently serves as the Director of Client Engagement, playing a vital role in advancing HopeWay’s mission by leading the admissions, outreach, and marketing teams.

Since joining HopeWay in 2015, Morgan has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s outreach and impact. She has developed and executed comprehensive marketing and branding strategies, managed external partnerships, spearheaded alumni engagement, and led content creation across multiple platforms. Her leadership has significantly expanded HopeWay’s reach, engaging thousands of individuals through mental health education and awareness programs.  

Prior to her tenure at HopeWay, Morgan worked in school social work and student assistance roles, providing direct support to children, families, and educators. She holds a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University.  

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys running, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors.
